Lene Nørby Nygaard is a bachelor of chemical Engineering and has 18 years of experience within Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). 

Mrs. Nørby has been working within the offshore industry for the last 7 years and worked as an HSE lead engineer on numerous offshore substation projects within the offshore wind industry. These projects range from early conceptual design to FEED and Detail Design.
