Technical Director COWI

Dr Ting graduated in 1999 as B.Eng.(First Class) and in 2003 as PhD Doctorate in Concrete Technology. He is a Chartered Civil   Engineer with 18 years of working experience, in which 7 years in offshore wind farms foundation (both WTG and Substation) design. He has successfully completed of various Concept & Detailed design of offshore wind turbine and substation sub-structures.  He is actively involved in business and technical development of the team.
